Your home inspector will provide you a computer generated report of your home inspection with photos, containing an evaluation of the physical structure, and a functional check of all the major systems in your home. Your report will describe in detail, anything that is inoperable, a defect, or a hazard to you, your family, or the home itself.

Your home inspection report will include the following areas and components:

  • Property Grading
  • Structure
  • Interior
  • Exterior
  • Roofing
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Heating
  • Air Conditioning

Your home inspector will also inspect many areas and components not listed here.

When your home inspection is finished, your home inspection report will be delivered to you by email within 24 hours at an email address you provide us. Your report is easy to read, and you will be able to view, save, and print your report.

Your home inspection, depending on the size and type of the home will vary in time to complete. A home inspection on a small 1000 square foot condo will take less time to inspect than a home inspection on a 2500 square foot two story house. So depending on the home it can take between 1 1/2 hours to 4 hours.

Home Inspection prices vary depending on the size and type of the property (Call for your FREE Quote). And, if for some reason you don't purchase the property, or just want a home inspection on another property, we will offer a discount in price on the inspection of a second home.

Pre-Sale Home Inspection

DRC Home Inspections also offers pre-sale home inspections to home owners before selling their homes. With a pre-sale home inspection the seller will get the oportunity to see what may be considered a defect by the buyer's home inspector, giving you (the home owner) a chance to repair or replace a component long before the house is put up for sale.
